I am a clinical psychologist in private practice, a Berkeley-certified executive coach, past president of the California Psychological Association and San Francisco Psychological Association, and chairperson of the clinical advisory board at I V Y Labs. I authored two chapters for the Men’s Health Book, 21st Century Man on Living with Vitality and Work-Life Balance.
In 2019, I received an Outstanding Member Award from the San Francisco Psychological Association. In 2024, the California Psychological Association recognized me with the Silver Psi Award for my leadership and contribution to sustainable change for the organization.
My credentials only tell part of the story about who I am and how I work with clients. I believe in walking the walk. I can’t help others live with passion and purpose without doing it myself. I invest in myself, my wellness, and my self-care so I can live a fully engaged life and thus serve as a guide to help you cultivate what that means and looks like for you.
